Leashed pets under the direct supervision of their owners are welcomed in BALLYHOOS *when its open for business. All pets and their actions while on the property are the sole legal responsibility of their owner meaning - pet owners assume ALL liability. If you are planning a trip with your pet, please call ahead to verify Ballyhoos operating hours as they differ from The Sailfish.

The Sailfish, Ballyhoos, & Marsh Creek Marine have a NO UNATTENDED CHILDREN policy, NO EXCEPTIONS!
We want to ensure that while you visit the property, any children in your party are kept with you and under your supervision at all times. The marina is a fun and exciting place, but it can also be a dangerous place for children if left unattended by their responsible party. Our parking lot, docks, ramp, employee only areas and surrounding waters are not areas for play.

Ballyhoos is a no shirt, no shoes required, fresh off the boat vibe for the whole family with its own unique menu located downstairs from The Sailfish.  Sous Chef Ryan worked to create a menu perfect for both small and large groups highlighting local favorites and prepared separately from the upstairs kitchen options. From the Bird-Bites, Steamed Shrimp, and Tuna Tacos, to a Basic Burger, we've got you covered the summer! ​
